Genting 2008 Part 1
Let me blog about the trip while the memory is still fresh in my mind.

First day

We reached the travel agency at 6 plus in the morning, only to know that that our rooms had been downgraded without any fore-warning. I'm not really awake yet. The only detail i can remember is the agency compromised by giving us free rooms the next time we go on another tour with them. So, alright the adults are satisfied and we set off!

Throughout the ride, it was smooth with lots of noise due to us playing cards, making fun of each other and munching away at the 10 over packets of potato chips that my aunt brought. I watched some movie about cheerleading and fell asleep successfully, only to wake up by the growling of my stomach.

The bus drove us all the way up to Genting and dropped us at our hotel! We stayed at the theme park hotel. According to my parents, the last time i stayed at this hotel was when i was still a toddler. Haha times flies. Due to the high peak period, there were lots of hiccups in the rooms allocation. They actually checked us in when some of the rooms are still occupied by other people. Imagine the confusion when we went into the room with the key, only to discover people occupying the room. Nonetheless, the confusion is cleared thereafter and we went for lunch.

We went downhill to this mushroom farm and restaurant. The food was good but the service sucks. We had to constantly remind them to serve us the food, even the tea! Thank goodness the food was good. =)

After the lunch, we played with this card filled with gunpowder. Boy, it was dam fun la! I feel like a sua ku when it first popped and i was utterly amazed. hahahah... my uncle bought 2 boxes of it and we started playing.

We slacked abit back at the hotel, settled the rooms allocation and took lotsa photos in the room!





We went bowling thereafter but i sucked at those 2 games. Haha.. what happened! I thought i improved but those 2 games proved otherwise. Haha but it was still fun, with us competing between the 2 teams. =D Went for some arcade games before going to have dinner.

The adults went for casino leaving the 'underaged' to entertain ourselves. Bah. We went for an hour of pool and i really 'rock' man. HAHAHA... Seriously, been 3 years since i've played and my aim is really OFF. The first few games i kept fouling. My cousins are good at it. =)

We went for more arcade till ard 10 plus before heading back to the hotel. After the few of us showered and eveything, we decided to go down to get some Marybrown for supper. The lot of us went down in tee shirts and shorts and boy, it was freezing. The best part of the story is, Marybrown is closed. ROAR. Settled for coffee bean and headed back up for more card games and finally turned in around 1.
