ok i'm actually typing this post on the 29th but wanted it to be dated on the 21st. =)

lets see. it was our one month and we decided to be innovative and skip those pretty restaurants or fancy dinners, and planned to be our own chefs instead!!

met up with sam at tanjong pagar after his medical checkup and went to this ulu shopping centre in the west. ok its only ulu to me since i've been a eastie ever since i'm born. i think its called 'lot one' or something. haha i'll NEVER watch a movie there again. the screen is SO small, puny and i feel like i'm watching a big screen tv instead. its definitely not one of the 'out of this world movie experience' that the wall-e anti piracy advertisement claims.

went over to his place next and we proceed to kill and cook those crabs his mum bought. haha it was a first time experience and boy it was fun! i don't mean the killing though. oh there is this 'king' crab that refuse to breathe its last and kept on struggling even though its chopped in its middle. brave fighting spirit eh.

we proceed to clean those crabs. ok using 'we' is a mistake. sam and his mum cleaned while i watch on since i'm a failure at such stuff. hence after watching for like 3 crabs being cleaned inside out, his mum asked my to pound/break the pincers for easier eating later. after alot of work its finally done!!!

its a pity we didnt take any pics of the masterpiece. boo i kinda regret not taking. ahhhh... nvm there will be a next time. his mummy was nice and didnt put in much chilli.it tasted just nice and my lousy nose didnt leak. =)
